Rachel Ginsberg is a Shinrin Yoku guide trained in Japan by the Shinrin Yoku Association. With a warm and intuitive approach, Rachel designs restorative nature-based experiences that offer participants the opportunity to pause, be present, and return renewed to whatever calls them next. After nearly a decade working in the corporate world in both London and New York City, Rachel experienced first hand the need for meaningful moments of pause and discovered Shinrin Yoku as a powerful way to bring presence and connection into modern life.
