Looking for the perfect women’s retreat this fall? Join five local facilitators for a nourishing day of inward reflection, creativity, and renewal. Together we will explore gentle practices rooted in song, meditation, herbal care, soul collage, and hands-on creative expression, all designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your inner wisdom. As the seasons shift and nature invites us inward, this day offers an opportunity to embrace rest, gratitude, and renewal. Surrounded by the beauty of autumn, you’ll have space to reflect, create, and reconnect with the deep well of creativity, patience, and care that lives within you. Through shared experience, nature connection, and playful making, you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and refreshed for the season ahead.

This day retreat includes a potluck-style lunch and light refreshments.
