Sarah Latifa, M.Ed

Sarah Latifa has been an educator for over 25 years. She has taught children and adults nature connection, gardening, woodworking, sewing, herbal medicinal product creation, music and a deep connection to the plant world. She is a certified herbalist through the Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Her passion is using plants to heal by growing and harvesting them for tea, medicine, natural body care products and the essences they carry to heal our bodies and souls. Fun Facts: She is a Sufi and has been coming to the Abode since she was 6 years old. She is currently the resident plant whisperer in the herb garden here at the Abode of the Message
