Salves and Creams

Come learn to make your own homemade salves and creams with herbs grown on the Abode land. We will tour the garden, looking and discovering different herbs we can use from our own home gardens, and we will experiment with scents and medicinal herbs to nourish your skin naturally.
These workshops can get a little messy, so please feel free to bring comfortable clothing, an apron, or any other materials to make yourself feel free to get your hands dirty.

Sarah Latifa has been an educator for over 25 years. She has taught children and adults nature connection, gardening, woodworking, sewing, herbal medicinal product creation, music and a deep connection to the plant world.
