Herbal Facials

This workshop is designed as a hands-on learning experience, focused on teaching you how to create and use simple, all-natural practices that support relaxation and self-care. Rather than a passive experience, you’ll be guided step by step through the how and why behind each element, empowering you to confidently recreate these rituals on your own.

You’ll learn how to prepare and use all-natural ingredients for a nourishing foot bath, exploring their benefits and how they support relaxation and grounding. From there, the focus shifts to facial care, where you’ll be taught practical techniques and gentle methods to nourish your skin and care for your face in a mindful, accessible way.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll go home with a facial treatment and clear guidance on how to use it, so you can repeat the practice again and again after the event.

These workshops can get a little messy, so please feel free to bring comfortable clothing, an apron, or any other materials to make yourself feel free to get your hands dirty.
