Annika Tara Hansche, MA, MHC
Annika Tara Hansche, is a psychotherapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palo Alto University. She has built a substantial career working with people through the arts and nature connection, and over the past three years has expanded her facilitation work to include leading retreats centered on intimacy, boundaries, and personal transformation. A deeply creative practitioner, Annika Tara expresses herself through multiple artistic mediums—including visual art, singing, and movement. As a yogini with a 200-hour certification, she weaves her passion for the visual and performing arts, her knowledge and love of the natural world, and her grounded understanding of connection and boundaries into all of her teaching and therapeutic endeavors. Fun fact: she also grew up at the Abode!
