Join us for a transformative weekend of movement, meditation, ritual, and community as we enter the Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises of Tara – a sacred practice that weaves together dance, dharma, devotion, and embodied awakening. Through traditional Buddhist teachings brought alive for our modern world, we will explore the radiant qualities of Tara: wisdom, compassion, courage, and fierce love.

Known as the Mother of the Buddhas, Tara appears in many forms, guiding us toward greater freedom, clarity, and connection. Through sacred dance, chant, contemplation, and ritual, participants are invited to embody Tara’s enlightened qualities while celebrating our deep interconnectedness with all life.

led by beloved teachers Prema Dasara and MyriDakini Naves, this weekend offers a rare opportunity to experience the Mandala Dance of the 21 Praises to Tara – Prema Dasara created this practice after decades of study and devotion within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. The dance has inspired practitioners around the world and has received blessings from His Holiness the Dalai Lama, His Holiness the Karmapa, Tai Situ Rinpoche, Bokar Rinpoche, and many other esteemed lineage holders.

Whether you are new to Buddhist practice or have been walking this path for years, all are welcome. No previous experience with dance, meditation, or ritual is required. Come as you are and discover the joy, beauty, and blessing of moving in sacred community.

As we dance together, we offer our prayers and intentions for healing, peace, and awakening—for ourselves, our communities, and our world.

Registration includes all meals during the retreat: six nourishing and holistic meals beginning with dinner on Friday evening and concluding with brunch on Sunday. Meals are primarily organic and vegetarian, with gluten-free and dairy-free options available
