Terms and Conditions *	I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.Guests who cancel more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a full refund, with a 10% cancellation fee. Guests who cancel 30 to 7 days before the event are eligible to receive a full credit toward a future program. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event start date, or after the event has begun, are non-refundable. If the Abode cancels this event due to attendance, weather, or other matters, a full refund will be made, with no fee, to all guests.
Photography	I give permission to have my image photographed and/or videotaped throughout the program for potential public use online or in Abode print materials.
Is there anyone under 18 years old on your registration? *	Please indicate if there are any children in your group. Children must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian while on our campus. Additionally, fire regulations do not allow us to house children above the 2nd floor (and some of our rooms are on 3rd and 4th floors). Thank you!
Special Needs Request	Please let us know if you have mobility issues (nearly all our rooms are accessed by stairs) or other special needs to help us plan your stay with us in the most accessible way we are able. Thank you.
