During Sesshin, we alternate the practice of silent sitting meditation, looking within, with the heart opening practice of Dances of Universal Peace and Zikr. Please join us for this fabulous opportunity to Renew and Retreat!
****Please note: We have opened the Sufi Sesshin on Tuesday Dec 31, 2024 from 7:30-9:30 pm to non-program participants for a $20 program fee. In preparation for the transition into the New Year, we will share practices that open up our inner channels for healing and spiritual awakening. In this form of Sufi Sesshin, we alternate sitting meditation with zikr, and Dances of Universal Peace. These practices will be guided by Halima and Abraham Sussman, Murshids in the Sufi Ruhaniat International.
