Terms and Conditions *	I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions.All guests are required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. All programs have a maximum capacity, so we encourage early enrollment. Refunds minus a $50 cancellation fee will be made up to 15 days before a program starts. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 14 days of start of the program UNLESS your program is cancelled by The Abode due to not meeting minimum enrollment, presenter cancellation or declared emergency such as a Winter Storm Warning (in these cases you will be given an option to receive a refund or to apply your registration amount toward another program within one year.) Pricing is inclusive for this program, and no pro-rated rates or refunds are given for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures, or missed meals or program time.
Photography	I give permission to have my image photographed and/or videotaped throughout the program for potential public use online or in Abode print materials.

Is there anyone under 18 years old on your registration? *	Please indicate if there are any children in your group. Children must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian while on our campus. Additionally, fire regulations do not allow us to house children above the 2nd floor (and some of our rooms are on 3rd and 4th floors). Thank you!
